Every plan includes all of ITGallery’s features: a database with unlimited artworks, sales and invoicing, showrooms, mailing, the app and updates. What changes is the number of users, the services included, the monthly mailing allowance (10,000 emails on Basic, 25,000 on Premium and 50,000 on Professional and Unlimited) and the support response time.
Gallery plans range from €79 to €299 a month, or €790 to €2,990 a year, depending on the number of users and the services included. You can start with the Basic plan and switch whenever you need to.
You can choose monthly or annual billing. The annual plan costs the same as ten monthly payments: two months free. There’s no lock-in: cancel whenever you like.
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is applied according to your billing country.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, for example when you need more users, and the change applies from your next invoice.
You choose a plan and keep working with everything you entered during the 15 days. If you decide not to continue, the account and its data are deleted.
It depends on the plan: it isn’t included in Basic, Premium and Professional come with special terms, and it’s included in Unlimited. In every case it’s quoted based on the volume and condition of your data.
